Despite of the bad weather, a good field of players took part to the Belgian Grand Prix on sunday. Many surprises occured int he Open category but finally, there were many interesting games at all levels. In the Open sception, Bessim Golger (SC Charleroi) defeated Eric Verhagen (Mattersburg) to win the title. Pascal Scheen and Massimo Cremona were the semi-finalists. There was a big surprise in the veterans as Marco Leeman beat Gianluca Galeazzi in the final The winners in the other categories were Elodie Bertholet (ladies), Jovi Willeijns (U19), Jérémi Gosset (U15) and Kenny De Schuyteneer (U12).
